You might have heard of the Upper Ontario and Hudson Bay and his team from the biggest legislating minds of Thaecia. Or you might have heard of them from their contribution and opinionated discussions in the Assembly of Regions. Or you might be hearing about them, now, for the very first time.
No matter what's the case, Ontario and his regional team has been one of EU's closest collaborators and strategic partners in the inter regional arena and Arcade. With that being said, let's dive into the depths of this relationship.
The Auctoritan Commonwealth was formed as a result of a wave of political changes with reasonable implications for the social structure of Thaecia. The region signed an official treaty of friendship with the Enadian Union overlooked by the 10th EU Administration and the 1st Administration for the Commonwealth. For over two months, the leaderships of both regions, met to discuss ways of involvement and cooperation. Some of the subjects of discussion involved cyber security, forum and discord moderation, user privacy and security as well as Foreign Affairs and Internal procedural guidelines.
After an intense two month discussion about a possible merger, the decision was taken from the Auctoritan Commonwealth with support of their team to join the Enadian Union. The government of the EU and the technical department prepared the groundwork to combat the possible Cultural Shock that Commonwealth citizens might be met with once joining, the Enadian Union and its diverse political climate.
On February the 23rd 2020, an official announcement was released by the Doge of the Commonwealth in both the AC's Discord channel as well as via a region wide telegram. The first wave of the Commonwealth Citizens arriving in the EU, was introduced and met with several government officials, site engineers and technical advisors as well as, the general Member States fandom. The first training and round table was held were Commonwealth members, transitioned to become full time EU members, by learning the basics of the EU site and government structure and support, by identifying the proper communication channels as well as, by learning how to handle basic procedures in Enadia.
The Enadian government in collaboration with the EU Technical Team is planning to do the following changes available:
AC Continuity : will allow a much smoother AC transition. The EU is committed in passing necessary AC legislation through Congress and absorb legal frameworks.
Site+ Support: former AC citizens will receive their own national profile in EU sites and platforms, allowing a deeper connection with the Enadian multiverse and easy accessibility in goods and services.
Arcade changes: The Auctoritan Commonwealth was a partner region of Arcade, with their move to Enadia, the previously established contracts will be nullified.
Moderation & Employment: Former AC Citizens that expressed interest in becoming moderators will be receiving Technical Training. More specifically, Peace Keepers and Border officers will be joining the T1 & T2 moderation queues.
In addition to those features, the EU Training Team has already started the Calibration week, training newly arrived AC members to Enadia.
